Camp Discovery referrals
There is no fee for children with chronic skin conditions to attend Camp Discovery. However, every child must initially be referred by his/her dermatologist. The camper referral form can be downloaded by the referring dermatologist or by the child's parent/guardian.

For parents/guardians
At Camp Discovery, kids with chronic skin conditions from across the United States and around the world will experience an adventure filled with fun, friendship, and personal growth. Eligibility is determined upon recommendation by the child's dermatologist and approval by the Camp Discovery medical director. For dermatologists
Children must be referred to Camp Discovery by a dermatologist in order to attend. There is no cost to the families for a child to attend. To refer a patient, simply download the camper referral form. You may also learn more about how you can support Camp Discovery.
