Suzanne’s personal story
I grew up in sunny Los Angeles and am the typical light-complexion candidate for this type of cancer. I have lost count of how many Mohs procedures I have had, as well as sutured areas all over my body.
I now wear protective gear as much as possible, but of course the damage is done. I am 57 years old, married with two teens. I have been out of work the last two months while the skin graft on my finger heals.
